Mickey Altieri is a Windsor College student and one of the two Ghostface killers in Scream 2. He is Derek Feldman's friend and is present on campus alongside Sidney Prescott, Hallie McDaniel, Randy Meeks, and the other survivors of the Woodsboro massacre. Mickey is revealed as the killer late in the film, confessing his intent to kill Sidney and allow his own arrest in an effort to blame movie violence for the murders and become famous from the oncoming trial. He is shot by Nancy Loomis after she betrays him, but resurfaces briefly before being shot to death by Gale Weathers and Sidney Prescott.

Mickey Altieri is a student at Windsor College and a friend of Derek Feldman. He is present during the series of murders that target Sidney Prescott and other Woodsboro survivors. His role as a killer is revealed when he ties Derek to a cross in the campus theater and shoots him dead. Mickey explains his plan: to kill Sidney, allow himself to be arrested, and then use the trial to blame movie violence for the murders, thereby gaining fame.
